We created the Port of Entry Series as our debut into the Spirits Industry. We are proud to have produced North Carolina’s Vodka of the year for 2020, Gold at the Denver International Awards, Silver at the SIP Awards, Double Gold on our Rum and Gin. Our Castaway Series is an ode to time well spent. Taking our award winning Rum and Gin and gently resting those spirits in our 53 gallon traditional Oak Cask has produced a refined, unique spirit enjoyed neat, over ice or in your favorite cocktail.
“The Survivor Cut story is a tribute to everything we have all been through during the Pandemic. The old moonshiners said the portion of a barreled spirit that gets lost to evaporation over time is called: “The Angel’s Share”. The portion lost to the wood of the barrel is called: “The Devil’s Cut”. After getting through what we have all been through over the last couple of years, we say: What’s left is for the Survivors!”
