Spirits With Soul

Humble roots. Locally sourced. Kindly crafted.

“The Survivor Cut story is a tribute to everything we have all been through during the Pandemic. The old moonshiners said the portion of a barreled spirit that gets lost to evaporation over time is called: “The Angel’s Share”. The portion lost to the wood of the barrel is called: “The Devil’s Cut”. After getting through what we have all been through over the last couple of years, we say: What’s left is for the Survivors!” ⁣ ⁣

⁣Wilmington’s first legally produced Bourbon Whiskey since prohibition. This whiskey was produced and barreled prior to the grand opening of the distillery. Quietly aging in new American Oak with temperature variations that naturally occur through the season within the distillery helped to develop deep characteristic of the whiskey within.
