2oz. Castaway Series Barrel Rested Rum
- .75oz. Sweet Vermouth
- Dash of Cocktail Bitters
METHOD:
Add ingredients to a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake and strain into Martini glass. Garnish with Orange Peel and Amarena Cherry.
