AMERICAN SINGLE MALT WHISKEY

Our Survivor’s Cut Series American Single Malt is a rare collaboration with our friends at Flying Machine Brewing Company, bringing their brewing expertise together with our distillation and aging process. Brewed with 2-row malted barley, caramel barley, chocolate malt, smoked malt, Cara Pils, and roasted barley, this release has a depth of character shaped by both craft communities.

Laid down in January 2021 in a new American oak barrel with a toasted No. 3 char, this single barrel rested for more than five and a half years before we harvested it this October. The result is a rich, layered single malt. Notes of dark chocolate, toasted grain, and a gentle wisp of smoke come forward first, followed by caramel sweetness and warm oak spice.

This extremely limited single barrel release reflects our shared commitment to grain quality, patience, and the belief that remarkable whiskey begins long before it ever meets the barrel.
