THE ESCAPE

Ingredients:
2 oz. Castaway Series Barrel Aged Rum
2 oz. Spiced Pineapple Syrup
.5 oz. Lemon Juice
1 Egg White or Substitute

Method:
Create your Creme Brulee Rim by painting honey on the rim, dip it into brown sugar, then toast the rim until golden brown.
Next, add all ingredients into a shaker dry shake with no ice, add ice then give it a wet shake, finally strain and serve in your glass with ice.
