PINK PEPPER CLUB

Ingredients:
2oz Castillo 1815 Blanco
1oz Aperol
1oz Fresh Lime Juice
.5oz Agave Nectar
1 Muddled Strawberry
Egg White

Method:
Add all ingredients to a shaker without ice and shake until the cocktail is frothy (dry shake). Add ice and shake again (wet shake). Double strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with drops of bitters on top of the foam and a sprinkle of pink peppercorn and salt dust. Enjoy!

Bitters drops, Pink Peppercorn and Salt Dust

Tasting Notes:
Frothy, fruity, well balanced. Taste of salt and pepper as soon as your lips hit the cocktail.
