PEAR OF PEARLS
Ingredients:
2oz Port of Entry Vodka
1.5oz Spiced Pear Syrup
.5oz Lemon Juice
.5oz Amaro Nonino
Topped with Sparkling Wine
Method:
Combine all ingredients besides the sparkling wine into a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into champagne flute. Then top cocktail with Sparkling Wine.
Garnish:
Pear, Cinnamon Powder, Lemon Twist
