Ingredients:
1.5oz Port of Entry Rum
.75oz Simple Syrup
.5oz Fresh Lime Juice
.5oz Green Chartreuse
1 slice of kiwi muddled
5 sprigs of mint muddled
Topped with club soda
Method:
Add your kiwi and mint into a shaker with your fresh lime juice and muddle. Add the remaining ingredients, except for the club soda, and add ice. Shake and double strain into a tom collins glass filled with ice. Top with a splash of club soda. Garnish with fresh kiwi and mint. Enjoy!
