Castillo 1815 Blanco
1 oz Fresh Lime Juice
.75 oz Simple Syrup or Agave
Optional: 2 to 3 Jalapeño Slices to make it spicy
Directions
Rim a rocks glass with salt (optional).
If making it spicy, muddle the jalapeño in a shaker first.
Add the remaining ingredients with ice, shake and strain into the glass over fresh ice.
