End of Days Distillery Announces the Release of New Paloma Ready-To-Drink Cocktail

Wilmington, N.C. — End of Days Distillery is expanding its award-winning Ready-To-Drink Cocktail lineup with the release of its newest canned cocktail: Paloma, handcrafted with Castillo 1815 Blanco Agave Spirit, grapefruit, lime, and carbonation.

Bright, crisp, and refreshingly citrus-forward, the new Paloma brings a fresh take on one of the most beloved agave-based cocktails. Built around End of Days Distillery’s Castillo 1815 Blanco, the cocktail delivers vibrant grapefruit, a clean lime finish, and the smooth character of a premium blanco agave spirit in a convenient ready-to-drink format.

“We wanted to create something that felt familiar, refreshing, and incredibly easy to enjoy, while still holding true to the quality standards we set for every End of Days product,” said Shane Faulkner, co-founder of End of Days Distillery. “The Paloma is bright, balanced, and made with real spirit. It’s exactly the kind of cocktail people want to reach for when they’re looking for something fresh and flavorful.”

The Paloma joins End of Days Distillery’s existing lineup of premium Ready-To-Drink Cocktails, including the Hurricane, Gin & Tonic, and Cargo Mule. Like the rest of the RTD portfolio, the Paloma is made with real spirits and crafted to deliver a bar-quality cocktail experience in a can.

At 9.5% ABV, the Paloma offers a bold yet balanced drinking experience, designed for customers who want more flavor, more character, and a higher-quality alternative to traditional canned cocktails and seltzers. It is best enjoyed chilled.

The release also highlights the continued growth of End of Days Distillery’s Castillo 1815 agave spirit program. Castillo 1815 Blanco has quickly become a standout in the distillery’s portfolio, earning recognition for its clean profile, smooth finish, and versatility in cocktails.

“Great cocktails start with exceptional spirits, and the Paloma is a perfect example of that,” said Faulkner. “Using Castillo 1815 Blanco gives this cocktail depth and authenticity. It’s refreshing, but it still tastes like a real cocktail.”

The new Paloma Ready-To-Drink Cocktail will be available in 4-packs through select retailers, local ABC stores, and at End of Days Distillery in Wilmington, North Carolina starting this Friday (5.22).
